Signature:

void rgbatrans(float r, float g, float b, float a, int time); // id: 0x03b2

Transitions a model bound to a script to RGBA values over time. One unit of time equals 100ms.

Typical r, g, b and a values are within 0.0-1.0. If color values are above 1.0, they become oversaturated. Used mostly to gradually hide models or give them ghostly apparition.
